Overview
Generative AI and large language models are growing fast, and they need data centers that are built for them. These sites require very high power density, advanced cooling and the latest GPUs.
We start with the feasibility study and the concept plan. From there we advise on design and construction, and we procure and build the GPU servers and the network. Project owners and data center operators work with a single partner from start to finish.
What We Do
1. Planning and consulting
- Feasibility studies and concept planning based on target demand such as LLM training and inference
- Support for site selection, extra high voltage power negotiations and fiber network routes
- Advice on load capacity and BCP requirements when choosing a site
2. Facility construction advisory
- Power and electrical design for high density racks of several tens of kW per rack
- Introduction of liquid and water cooling, including direct to chip and immersion cooling
- Coordination and technical supervision with design firms, general contractors and equipment makers
3. GPU infrastructure and AI cluster build
- Stable procurement of the latest GPU servers such as NVIDIA through our overseas supply chain
- Design and installation of high speed networks such as InfiniBand and RoCE
- Kitting and performance tuning of the system, OS and middleware layers
